Welcome to our Stephen King Book Club hosted by our favorite University fiction teacher and Stephen King Podcaster Kim C., host of The Year of Underrated Stephen King.

Our next book in the 2025 dark female series is The End of the World As We Know It (pt 2) on Thurs 10/16 from 4pm-6pm.

The End of the World As We Know It is a Stephen King-authorized anthology that revisits the apocalyptic world of The Stand. Curated by Christopher Golden and Brian Keene, this collection features all-new stories by acclaimed authors exploring the events and aftermath of King’s iconic novel. With themes of survival, humanity, and renewal, the anthology offers a powerful companion to The Stand, blending terror and hope through a diverse array of voices. It includes an introduction by Stephen King, alongside contributions from celebrated writers like Tananarive Due, Joe R. Lansdale, Alma Katsu, and many more.

A $25 event fee will secure your reservation as well as allow Drink Me! Tea Room to provide treats and a selection of teas to accompany our novel discussion.
